Evidence meets access.

A free, open-source platform bringing evidence-based tools and practices to the people and systems that need them most. Built on research, shaped by community, and designed for the real world.

Evidence-based practice works. Decades of research across healthcare, behavioral health, and social services show that when care is grounded in the best available evidence, outcomes improve. But that evidence is often locked behind paywalls, buried in academic language, or designed for controlled settings that look nothing like the communities where care actually happens.

evidencebasedpractice.org is building a free, open-source resource that bridges that gap. We're developing accessible tools and plain-language guidance for healthcare and social service providers, and for the patients, families, and communities they serve. Because evidence-based practice isn't just about randomized controlled trials. It's about integrating research with clinical expertise, lived experience, and the knowledge that communities have always carried about what helps people heal.

We believe the strongest evidence comes from both directions: rigorous research and the real-world wisdom of people doing the work and living the outcomes. This platform will honor both. Better tools. Better decisions. Better outcomes — for everyone.
